Lyrics

doko ni yukebaii
anata to hanarete
ima wa sugisatta
toki ni toikakete

nagasugita yoru ni
tabidachi wo yume mita
ikoku no sora mitsumete
kodokuwo dakishimete

nanagareru namida wo
toki no kaze ni kasanete
owaranai anata no
toiki wo kanjite
dry your tears with love
dry your tears with love

Loneliness, your silent whisper
Fills a river of tears through the night
Memory, you never let me cry
And you, you never said goodbye

Sometimes our tears blinded the love
We lost our dreams along the way
But I'd never thought you'd trade your soul to the fates
Never thought you'd leave me alone

Time through the rain has set me free
Sands of time will keep your memory
Love everlasting, fades away
Alive within your beatless heart

dry your tears with love
dry your tears with love

nanagareru namida wo
toki no kaze ni kasanete
owaranai anata no
aoi bara ni kaete

dry your tears with love
dry your tears with love

nanagareru namida wo
toki no kaze ni kasanete
owaranai anata no
toiki wo kanjite

dry your tears with love
dry your tears with love
dry your tears with love
dry your tears with love

Outing to Marche's

Yesterday was the 29th of October. D-Day!!! YAY so the whole lot of pharmacists (ok, about 25-30% of them) trooped over to town after the Phy Pharm test and Dr chui's tutorial to town for a well-deserved dinner-cum-gathering.

However, as there was no leader, and we were split into two groups for tutorial, one group (which i was in it) left at about 5:40 pm after deliberating for 40min outside LT20, and the second group left LT 20 at about 6:20pm after being held by chui.

as such, the decision was quite impromptu: we arrived at orchard at about 7pm. "where to eat" was a good question. since we could not find any suitable place in orchard that could hold 30 people, niron suggested pizza hut. but it was in dhoby ghaut, which was... diaoz. alight in orchard say wanna eat at dhoby ghaut.

ok, nvm. walk there. then never update the others also until about the time we reached somerset... ok then saw nydc's outdoor restaurant at heeren damn empty, begging for customers. niron suggested we eat there, but then one of the gals saw marche and then, why not settle for marche instead.

more phone calls to the other group and mui fong, guess mui fong's group was abit turned off.. so sorry...

nevertheless. marche it was. at first we sat at some bench with a good view of the "toilet" sign but when the second group came they were ushered into this huge room with lotsa wine bottles, "The Wine Cellar" or something. so we thought, why not combine? so in the end we had 30+ pharmacists in the wine cellar.

dinner was swift. the rosti was excellent, i wished i had one more. never tried the crepe (or whatever grace was saying) but managed to scavange some of it from the one of the girls who gladly abandoned her share. round 2. salad of salmon. excellent as well. (hey i'm saying it was excellent cos all of it is damn expensive, just trying to make every dollar count).

after dinner, the guys wanted to have some bridge gaming in the true style of mediterranean dining. the girls talked amongst themselves... small conversations were being made everywhere.. until the cameras started flashing...

one camera flashed after another... firstly it was innocenous group pictures then later everyone came in with their camera phones and digicams. then the poses changed from straight smiling faces to cheeky people with ridiculous poses (look out for the pics in the next entry).

main thing about this outing was, i managed to snap hell lotsa pics with my camera! until i uploaded them and found out due to the lighting and resolution, most of them turned out like shit. damn.

after dinner... about 2130. someone suggested to chill out at esplanade. so, walk and talk?? ok along the way the guys talked about drinking, joked about it and eventually it became a reality - we went down to a 7-11 at centrepoint to purchase the booze.

walked on further to plaza singapura. guess the gals were getting tired, well i could walk further.. haha so we suggested having it at istana park, or even underground at dhoby ghaut mrt station. no chance, somehow or rather, the group went to city hall instead. esplanade it was.

by the time we reached esplanade, it was already 2330 hours.. we sat down at the amphitheatre on the boulevard outside and played games... talked about ghost stories.. etc etc.

left esplanade with victor on a 174M at about 0100 hours... totally shag and abit drunk. haha
